1. Keep yourself well-hydrated.

When it comes to our skin, we hear a lot of advice about hydration, but it's also essential for our hair health. Drinking a lot of water aids in the upkeep of healthy hair. Your daily water consumption should be between half an ounce and an ounce for each pound you weigh.

2. Try not to Over-Wash Your Hair

Be sure not to over-wash your hair — that can really dry it out, It's definitely a thing that we see a lot.

It's difficult to pinpoint what constitutes over-washing for oneself. You want to wash it thoroughly enough that the dirty oil that clogs pores is removed, so not showering for a week at a time isn't ideal - but washing your hair every other day and observing how it reacts may be helpful.

3. Keep in mind how you style your hair

Use a mild shampoo and conditioner. Avoid using harsh chemicals or high-heat blow dryers on your hair while you're at the salon.

4. Consider taking a Hair Supplement.

As we grow older, our oil and collagen levels decrease. This has an impact on our skin as well as our hair.

Biotin-based pills, which have been proved through research and studies, are discussed in this blog post. Many foods include biotin, according to the article, including egg yolks, legumes, nuts and seeds, liver, sweet potatoes, bananas, and mushrooms.

5. Consult a specialist if you start to lose too much hair.

Hair loss comes in a variety of forms, and the reasons for it are as varied as women's hairstyles. Some of the causes include changing estrogen levels, low Vitamin D levels, thyroid problems, autoimmune diseases, as well as transitory disorders such as telogen effluvium.

Minoxidil, Propecia, and spironolactone are all treatments that have been used to help treat baldness. It's been shown to have excellent effects on hair restoration, according to some sources. From a hair perspective, women do particularly well on this.
