Before we get started, it's crucial to note that you should always use hair products designed for damaged hair. Do not grab the first thing you see under the showerhead or at your fingertips! When you're left with greasy strands or rigid, crunchy hair as a result of this, you'll undoubtedly regret it later.

You're undoubtedly thinking, "How am I supposed to manage this?" Don't worry. There are a number of steps you can take to get your hair back into a healthy desirable form.

Step 1: The Cleansing Process

Begin by purchasing a high-quality shampoo that includes moisturizing components. When your hair is dry and fragile, you may also add coconut or almond oil to it for an extra boost of moisture. Avoid using regular clarifying shampoos since they will only harm your hair.

After that, use an exfoliating mitt or glove to cleanse your hair thoroughly. This will remove any grime or surplus oils from the surface of the hair. If you have greasy or oily hair, add in some baking soda to help absorb it all up.

"But my hair is brittle and dry! Will exfoliating help?" Of course, it will. Exfoliation aids in the removal of dead skin cells, which prevent moisture from reaching the hair. Your skin takes a long time to recover after a sunburn because there are no blood vessels in your scalps.

Step 2: The Treatment Process

Now it's time to get your hair fixed! Just like with your body, dry and damaged hair requires treatment.

If you're going to dry it, put it in a bun or ponytail to minimize the time it takes to dry. If you're drying your hair, at least keep it out of the way during the procedure!

Except when styling, damp hair should always be dried gently with a towel. When drying, don't rub the hair but squeeze and press the water out instead of rubbing it. Friction is created during rubbing, which leads to frizz. This process will put a strain on your hair even more than usual if it's dry, brittle, and damaged!

If you're using a blow-dryer, keep it as far away from the scalp as feasible. To minimize heat exposure, avoid attempting to straighten curly or wavy hair with your blow-dryer - instead, use your hands. If your hair is naturally wavy, maintain it that way! Never attempt to straighten curly or w

If you're using a hairdryer, keep it as far away from your scalp as possible to reduce heat damage. Although you could still burn your ends in this manner, your hair will be healthier than if you used a straightening iron or hair straightener.

Instead of using your blow-dryer to straighten curly or wavy hair, try drying it with your hands instead.

Step 3: The Moisturizing Process

The next step is the most important. Your hair will be brittle and dry even after the washing and treatment processes if it isn't properly moisturized.

The Deep Conditioning Hair Masque

This deep conditioning hair masque is designed to replenish moisture to very dry, damaged, and over-treated hair.

The hair conditioning masque should be used weekly as a deep reconstructive treatment.
